Before presenting in English you must RECOVER INFORMATION: take notes from a text, a video or an interview. Useful note frames: "My community is…" / "People here celebrate…" / "Traditions include…" / "The typical food is…". Collect short phrases, not long copies: phrases are what you will say, not read, during the presentation.
